Know Him? Police Attempting To ID Porch Pirate Suspect In Fairfield County

Police are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a porch pirate caught on camera stealing a package.

Stratford Police released a surveillance video on Tuesday of a suspect, who can be seen stuffing a package from a local home into a bag before pulling away in an SUV.

The video, which was released on social media, can be seen in its completion, here.

Investigators are attempting to identify the suspect, who allegedly may have stolen packages from other area residences.

Anyone who recognizes the man or who has information into the porch poaching has been asked to contact Stratford Police Det. Panton by calling (203) 385-4143.
